All prices are subject to change without prior notice. If the current price is more than at the time of purchase you will be notified. At that time you can choose to continue with the order or cancel. If a product becomes un-available or discontinued you will be notified. If a satisfactory replacement is not found then a full refund will be provided. Tankar Medical is not responsible for misprints on our website. All order must be accepted by Tankar Medical and can be cancelled for any reason at anytime.
Tankar Medical accepts payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and check or money order. We currently do not offer “net 30” or COD. All orders are processed upon cleared payment.
Tankar Medical has a 2-3 business day processing time on all orders before they are placed with the manufacture for packaging and delivery. Delivery times on most parcel delivery items is about 2 weeks. Freight items take between 4-6 weeks because larger products are usually built to order. Tankar Medical is not responsible for items that are back-ordered from the manufacture. When Tankar becomes aware of back-ordered items, we will notify customers with estimated ship dates.
If you cancel your order, please call our office immediately. There may be a manufacture re-stocking fee of up to 25%. If your order has been shipped you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the equipment back to the manufacture and the re-stocking fee. Please see our return policy for further details. ALL TABLES ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALES ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION ALLOWED ON TABLES AND ANY CUSTOM ORDER.
If a backorder occurs we will notify you with the time-frame suggested from manufacturing. If the time-frame is unacceptable you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Custom orders may have additional fees not published on our website. There is no cancellation, exchanges or refunds on all custom orders. Custom orders may have a delay in production.
Quantity price breaks may be available. Please contact us at 303-945-4540. Clearance Items Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a defect that was not noted in writing exist.
Sales tax will be charged for shipments to the state of Colorado.
We can ship outside the United States with certain products. If the product you purchased cannot be shipped to your destination you will receive a full refund.
